Welcome (channel)

#welcome is the first channel in the channel list in Witscord. It is kept under the "The Witness" category, alongside #use-spoiler-tags, #im-stuck-hints-please, #post-100-percent, and #custom-panels. It is meant to serve as a channel that introduces new members to the server.
