TheFullestCircle, or just Fullest, is a Witscorder. He is notable for being the creator of Deranged Text Adventure and also probably at least one other thing.

Despite the username, his profile picture depicts a circle that is only half-full, suggesting that there does not exist any circle that is more than 50% full. Scientists are working hard to verify that this is indeed the case.
