Knowing Presence of Awareness, a.k.a. "Masto Bot"

Knowing Presence of Awareness (aka "masto bot") is a Witscord bot that can post messages from Witscord to a Mastodon account at https://mas.to/@witscord. The bot also forwards messages from Mastodon to #casual when asked to.

History

Raz got banned and we wanted to talk to him. Thus the masto bot was born.

The bot's name is a reference to the knowing presence of awareness as mentioned in talks by the non-dualist philosopher Rupert Spira.

Emoji reactions

Five elephant (🐘) reactions to a message, including a reaction by the original user who posted the message, posts the message to Mastodon. If the message is a link to another post on the fediverse, the bot will boost the original post instead of just posting a URL to it.

Every mammoth (🦣) reaction subtracts one from the elephant count. This is to prevent hiveminding and bad posts.

Five ox (🐂) reactions to a message does nothing of note.

Five bison (🦬) reactions to a message is really funny.
