#Q is a Witscord channel with only one visible message. It is meant to be a meme channel about a chain of images with reactions of 🇶.
Mechanics
Other than Staz, who is responsible for maintaining the channel, all users are disallowed and/or discouraged from sending any messages in this channel. The image posted shows n reactions of 🇶, reacted upon an image showing n-1 🇶 reactions, reacted upon an image showing n-2 🇶 reactions, and so on and so forth until it shows Staz's original message of a single 🇶, upon which there is only 1 🇶 reaction. The "community goal" is to continually reach n+1 reactions of the 🇶 emoji. Whenever the goal is achieved, Staz will remove all extraneous reactions and screenshot the message before the counter changes. He will then delete the current message and send this new n+1 image to repeat the cycle. The mods may only remove reactions if it is required to reach that goal; in rare cases where 🇶 is not the first emoji to be reacted, then a whole reaction gets deleted to fix the error. However, in a case where 🇶s exceed the expected goal, the mods will not delete the excess and will instead wait for donors to retract their extra reactions on their own. Certain users have also been known to un-react to 🇶 when the count is correct, halting the process. (citation needed)
