Welcome to Ask Anyone Anything, a public forum for asking and answering interesting personal questions. The goal is to emulate the Witscord-adopted pastime of AMAs, where unlike traditional AMAs you'd see on other forums, the questions have absolutely nothing to do with the context posed by the original askee.
Please include your name and the date when answering a question. You may answer the same question multiple times (hence the date) and are encouraged to ask as many questions as you can think of.
What's the coolest word you see around you right now?
askee. sounds like ascii. is also definitely a real word — sus 3/8/25

What would you ask the Godcomputer? [context]
I'm atheist regarding Godcomputer. — staz 3/9/25
The name of this one Roblox place that involved a time machine in a house from ~2014-'15 which I distinctly remember because of its layout involving weird stairs. Also the guy who owned it was named Alex, I think? — casualjoe 3/10/25
"What question would give me the most fulfillment if answered by the Godcomputer" — fullest 3/27/25
"What are all the witness puzzles in the world, fanmade or otherwise?"
"Is there any closed form formula to determine the amount of paths that can be drawn from the bottom left to top right witness style? If so, what is the formula? If not, can a matrix be formed of the numbers?"
(insert favorite conjecture here)
(insert debated topics where omnipresence is needed to fully answer the questions, like door vs wheels amount question)
"Was the world really going bad?" "Was my life really going bad?" — just kirb 4/1/25
what does the p in pH stand for. also @fullest fun fact in some interpretations of the godcomputer afterlife you ascend to a more stereotypical heaven / nirvana once you receive whatever the most fulfilling answer possible is — sus 4/1/25
What's your favorite stupid website?
definitely https://ytmp3.men/ytmp3/, A completely genuinely functional youtube to mp3 converter, themed unironically about one man's male gaze. Feel free to visit and use it but be mindful that it's probably going to try and make you download malware... — jony 3/8/2025

Have you ever received an award?
I'm sure I have but I don't remember what it was. "Achievement is its own reward; pride obscures it." -Major Briggs, Twin Peaks — staz 3/9/25
when i was in 10th grade i won an award for being the most valuable member of the math team despite not actually being on the math team — fullest 3/27/25
Yes. — just kirb 4/1/25
Classic, predictable time machine question?
I guess I would go back to the 1960s just to see what it's like. Everyone wearing suits and talking a little more formally than we do now. 1960s America seems a lot like modern Japan in some ways. — staz 3/9/25
id probably go back a few years and give myself all the lessons i learned from therapy i waited like a year to get and also tell myself that i become so girl — octa 3/27/25

Pedantically: "If you have the opportunity to go back in time into one period, when do you want to be in?" More common interpretation: "Old internet era, where websites are much more creative than it used to be." — just kirb 4/1/25
How much risk is worth how much reward? And if it depends, how do you decide?
What's the furthest you'd be willing to go away from home (without some absurd compensation)?
Not really sure I understand the question. Obviously people take vacations very far from their home and don't get compensation for it. Do you mean like, if someone walked up to me and said "I dare you to go as far away from your home as you can right this second," how far would I go? If I'm allowed to use money I would take the Shinkansen to Osaka and back. If I'm not allowed to use money I guess I would ride my bike to the next city over (maybe 2 or 3 hours round trip). If I can't use my bike then I guess I would take a walk to the other side of my city (literally only like 10km round trip). — staz 3/11/25
new york. — octa 3/27/25
Do you want to make more friends than you currently have?
yes but ideally without having to meet anyone — sus 3/10/25
honestly don't see why I need more friends right now — casualjoe 3/10/25
itd probably be for the best but id be more socially tired so im on the fence — octa 3/27/25
What sorts of experiences do you seek out?
a lot but i like emotional ones that are scary and help me see that negative emotions arent as bad as they seem and usually lead to being more grateful for the positive experiences. new social situations is also something i look for. — octa 3/27/25
Positive moments of exploration to sorrow out the negative ones. Lifes too horrible rn without it. — just kirb 4/1/25
Which method of cooking eggs would you choose right now?
Soft-boiled (10 minutes). — staz 3/12/25
Could go for some cheesy fluffy scrambled eggs, but my whole deal is that im always down to have a few different kinds of eggs together. lemme get em scrambled and sunny side up so i can dip my toast and then lemme get a hard boiled egg but you can have the yellow i dont want it and a little bit of tuna on the toast gaahhh im hungry. Scrambled fluffy cheesy final answer. but id like a glass of chocolate milk please. -j 3/14/2025

I'm feeling like cheesy scrambled with chili flakes. — casualjoe 3/27/25
What was the worst day of your life that didn't involve any outright tragedies?
when i was a young tween, my-dad-and-my housemate was moving her things from her parents' house to a storage unit (or something), and we were asked to help out. i don't remember specifics, but it was a slow bureaucratic process and i was too young and frail to be of use; thus i spent the entire day waiting somewhere for a few hours before being moved to a new location and waiting there instead. this was before i had a phone. or any entertainment at all. for eight hours. — sus 3/27/25
probably some day where i got broken up with when i was in highschool — octa 3/27/25

What's your sleep like? (bedtime, wake time, nightly routines, position, pillows, ambiance, etc.)
progesterone makes me super sleepy and so i fall asleep pretty easily. however it also makes my dreams super vivid and weird a lot of the time. waking up has gotten better with prog but its no where near what i was expecting it still sucks. i cuddle my blahaj most of the time for. reasons. usually listening to minecraft music but sometimes i dont for. reasons. — octa 3/27/25
Ingeredients: fuzzy blanket, additional blanket, four regular pillows, one body pillow, one small soft pillow. Procedure: somewhere near 1:30-2:30-am, curl into bed and set up pokemon sleep, sleep on side, place two pillows below head, one below side/back, hold body pillow with arms and legs, place small soft pillow between body and body pillow, use pillow to support hand(s) dangling off the side, fuzzy blanket and then additional blanket on top, both curl underneath side/back but above the side/back pillow, and also curl underneath feet for support. eventually fall asleep, this method has been perfected over many years. - j 3/27/25
walk into my brother's room, chill, go back to my room. I have a hard time sleeping if he's awake. I have a large catfish plush and sometimes a body pillow — casualjoe 3/31/25

the most exotic place ive been to is florida, on a few occasions. obviously ive been to new york and new jersey many times each but thats it except for arizona when i was too young to remember — sus 3/31/2
Toronto, specifically because I found a favorite webcomic there while I was bored. Pigeons loved congregating around this Chinatown sidewalk too, and I visited a few Vietnamese restaurants. There's also a house on the east coast because I frequented it a few times on the way to D.C. and it had a piano. I want to revisit D.C. or New York, maybe head to the Library of Congress — casualjoe 3/31/25
How would you describe your music taste?
